Welcome to our order status page. You can use this page to check the status of your order. Before doing so please note the following:

When logging  in you will see a summary of your order. There is a field labeled  Current Status. This field will indicate the status of your order. The list below gives you a guideline on interpreting the order status meaning.

• Order Received - We have successfully received your order, but have yet to process it
• Backordered - This can either mean your item is being transferred from one warehouse to another before shipping OR that the item is backordered. If the item is truly backordered we will send you a backorder notice via email.
• Shipped via UPS - This means your order has shipped via UPS
• Shipped via USPS - This means your order has shipped via USPS
