Yes you can make a return or exchange. We want you to be happy with your transaction. To ensure your return or exchange is processes efficiently, please follow guidelines presented below.

Returns Exchanges
You have 30 days from date of purchase to make your return. For returns we usually consider the date the item was shipped as the date it was purchased. This gives more time in returning the product. Also this protects you in case the item ends up on back order and is shipped well after the purchase date. Note, all discrepancies or shipping errors must be reported in 15 days. Returns are where you are sending the product back for a refund. To receive a refund, follow these guidelines please. Exchanges are where you are sending a product back for another product. Examples are for a different size or color.
There is a 10% restock fee for straight returns. This fee is limited to $35. Due to the nature of mail order, we do not refund shipping and handling. Unless we make a mistake on the order. Note the restock fee is applicable to sizing issues as well. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a up to 50 % (percent ) restocking fee. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges, when exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Note that you will need to pay the return postage.  Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping and handling charge. We will charge postage and handling fee for the item sent in exchange to you.
Contact customer service at 607-693-1031 and ask for an RMA number OR submit your request for a RMA via our  RMA Request Form. The RMA number is used to identify your return. We can't process your return without an RMA number. Write your RMA number on the  outside of the packaging you use to send the item back in. When calling you can decide either to: Send the product back, wait for us to process the exchange and  then send you the item wanted in exchange. OR, you can order the item wanted in exchange when you call (we will have to charge you for it) and then send the item you are exchanging back as a return. Once we have the item sent back as an exchange, a refund will be issued. This second option is usually recommended. Note that since you are making an exchange, no restocking fee will be applied.

 The refund, your money back, is issued via the method of payment originally used for pay for the item. Most refunds are issued within 5 to 7 days of our receipt of your return. If you paid by check, a check will be mailed to you. For credit card payments,  it may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If there are monies owed by us, the balance will be provided using the method you used to originally pay for the item. (For example, you make an exchange for a less expensive similar item.) If you owe us monies, then you will have the option to provide payment in a variety of ways in most cases. Most often used methods of payment include credit card or check.
We advise that you send your return back using a method that allows you to insure and track your package. We suggest sending returns back using UPS standard ground. It provides an automatic $100 insurance value and can be tracked. If we don't receive the return, we can't issue a refund.
